Role Overview:
- You will provide clinical support and navigation for members seeking mental health care.
- Work Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm ET on an outbound phone team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth member experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and safety planning for high-risk members.
- Coordinate care across Spring Health providers and external resources.
- Maintain documentation and confidentiality in compliance with ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist with 2+ years direct clinical care.
- Expertise in crisis assessment, CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with multi-tasking and context switching.
