Responsibilities:

  • Use evidence-based interventions to manage client crises via phone, including risk assessment and safety planning.
  • Identify roadblocks to care and connect clients to ideal treatment using Lyra’s software.
  • Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent with independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) or a Bachelor's in nursing (RN).
  • 2+ years of psychiatric intake or assessment experience required; EAP/clinical call center experience preferred.
  • Must be bilingual Spanish-speaking and a full-time U.S. resident.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Base rate is $41 per hour, with shift differential for weekends.
