Telehealth Registered Nurse (Bilingual Spanish)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical support to patients undergoing medication abortion, responding to medical questions and concerns via chat and virtual visits.
• Perform timely triage, clinical assessment, and patient-specific nursing guidance with trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and cared for using evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years clinical RN experience (BSN required), preferably in telehealth, with 1+ year in abortion or reproductive healthcare.
• Bilingual in Spanish; active RN licensure in CA and at least one other state (CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA) or compact state license plus CA.
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills, exceptional communication, and ability to navigate clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range $93,000–$97,000 per year (higher rate for Spanish fluency), plus weekend differential pay and equity.
