The Role:

• You will conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care.
• You will educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications:

• You must hold active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• You should have exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build trust in a virtual setting.
• An active, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. state is required.
