Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including claims submission, denial management, and payer follow-up. Develop billing protocols, manage revenue cycle metrics, and lead denial prevention across all payer types. Partner with cross-functional teams to scale billing infrastructure for new states and payer launches.
