As Senior Product Manager, you will set the product vision and roadmap. Lead the development and launch of features and tools that drive clinical efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional patient experience. Partnering closely with engineering, operations, clinical, and marketing teams, you will manage the full product lifecycle. The tools you build will directly shape patient’s access to safe, timely, and compassionate care.

Provide direct education, counseling, and clinical care to patients undergoing medication abortion treatment in this remote nursing position, focusing on urgent triage and nursing assessment by responding to calls from patients with clinical questions and concerns. RNs and NPs will provide patient-specific nursing care and advice in a compassionate, caring, culturally and ethnically sensitive manner.

As Senior Social Media and Community Manager, you will set strategy and execute across digital platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit. You will manage content planning, creation, curation, and execution, including graphics, video content, and captions, and spearhead influencer and community programs. This role helps shape the future of reproductive and sexual health care access in the US.
