Hey Jane

As a Hey Jane provider, you will provide medication abortion care to patients via Hey Jane’s online platform and will be responsible for reviewing patients’ medical intake responses. Medications are then prescribed to a mail order pharmacy and sent directly to the patient. Medical prescribers will be responsible for responding to medical inquiries from patients that require further medical evaluation.

As a Patient Care Advocate, be an integral part of shaping the patient experience, ensuring patient safety and cultivating a culture of respect and communication. You will be the first line of contact for all incoming patient inquiries--responding to patient questions and providing support, triaging medical questions, identifying issues when they arise, and escalating concerns to the appropriate team member as needed.
