The Role:
- Build Clinical Operations from scratch, owning the roadmap, cadence, and playbooks for a scaling team.
- Partner with clinical, product, operations, and leadership on high-impact initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Own the quarterly roadmap and OKR tracking for expansion, efficiency, and automation.
- Build the escalation playbook, SOP library, and licensing/credentialing priorities.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in clinical operations or healthcare administration, ideally in a startup.
- Comfort with EHR systems, data/analytics tools, and turning ambiguity into clear plans.
