Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, onboarding, and credentialing for the inpatient practice.
- Create staffing models and 90-day provider schedules; coordinate payroll accuracy.
- Track PTO, oversee FPPE/OPPE reviews, and monitor quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of inpatient healthcare operations experience.
- Strong project management, P&L, Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Startup and healthcare data experience preferred.
Location:
- Fully remote within the US; DC metro preferred.
- Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM ET.
