Responsibilities:
- Design and operationalize the infrastructure for new markets and service lines, including vendor setup, tooling, and workflows.
- Translate care model standards into operational workflows and ensure readiness for launch.
- Support go-live stabilization and capture learnings for future launches.
Improvement:
- Diagnose operational friction and implement solutions to strengthen care team reliability.
- Partner with Product to embed workflows into tools and systems.
- Drive operational review cadences and ensure KPI ownership.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery.
- Exposure to market launches or scaling operations.
- Strong process documentation and workflow design skills.
Additional:
- Fully remote role operating on Eastern time.
- Expected compensation: $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
