Manager, Risk Adjustment & Clinical Operations

Role Overview:

• Own the risk adjustment domain while contributing broadly to clinical operations.
• Build scalable workflows and collaborate with product, data, and care teams.
• Operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and operationalize risk capture aligned with care model and payer contracts.
• Improve care delivery workflows, enrollment operations, and cross-team coordination.
• Establish performance tracking, reporting, and targeted improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in risk adjustment, population health, or value-based care operations.
• Strong understanding of HCC coding, suspecting, and clinician collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
