The Role:
- Lead daily CDI operations and own team quality, productivity, and workflows.
- Coach, onboard, and develop specialists while driving process improvements.

- The team meets quality, productivity, and turnaround-time goals with proactive management.
- New coders ramp quickly, and compliance risks are identified early.
About You:
- You bring 5+ years in CDI, risk adjustment, or HCC coding and leadership experience.
- You hold an active coding credential and know ICD-10-CM and CMS-HCC methodologies.
