Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Clinical Experience Managers, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
- Oversee clinical engagement strategies in partnership with Client Success, ensuring client-specific approaches.
- Use recommendation, acceptance, and rejection data to identify patterns and translate them into targeted education or product action.
Qualifications:
- Clinical Expertise: MD, DO, PA, NP or RN, with deep CDI knowledge.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in CDI, HIM, Revenue Cycle, or Clinical Operations.
- Exceptional executive communication and client relationship management skills.
Compensation:
- $135,000 - $160,000 base salary.
- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.
