Role Overview:
- Report to an Associate VP of Strategy Advancement and manage a large operations team.
- Oversee manual operations supporting VA CCN Credentialing and Provider Data Loading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define operational strategy and align priorities with business goals.
- Collaborate with Provider teams and Humana Military to improve manual work and data quality.
- Manage performance through KPIs, staffing, and capacity planning.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years managing 15+ associates and 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership.
- Experience building large-scale operations teams for new implementations.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain interim government security clearance.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
- Requires dedicated workspace and internet meeting minimum speed requirements.
