Lead, Member and Provider Services

About the Role:

• The Lead, Provider Services is a provider data and production workflow expert within a payor healthcare environment.
• Responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing production workflows while driving team performance against KPIs.
• Reports into the Manager, Provider Data Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and manage a team of Oscar colleagues with direct responsibility for performance management and development.
• Monitor dashboards and operational KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis and constructing action plans.
• Lead team huddles and connect colleagues to Oscar's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements:

• 2+ years provider data experience with a health insurance company and 1+ year direct people management.
• 1+ years using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience working with multi-location teams.
• Work location is remote from Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.
