About the role:
- Conduct clinical intake calls and assess member needs, goals, and program fit.
- Work with Phoenix, our AI Care Specialist, by overseeing AI-supported interactions and ensuring clinical quality and safety.
- Deliver member support via synchronous and asynchronous chat, and conduct short and long video-calls.
What you need to have:
- PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
- PSYPACT eligibility or a current license to practice in California.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology independently.
