What you’ll be doing:
- Utilize active listening and written communication skills to support patients via phone, chat, and emails.
- Conduct clinical needs assessments and provide crisis management including safety planning.
- Coordinate care across teams and document all interactions in English.
What we expect from you:
- Master's degree in behavioral health with appropriate credentials and 2+ years clinical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Dutch communication skills.
