About the Role:

  • Be the voice of Finom, delivering standout customer experiences across phone, chat, and email.
  • Build genuine rapport, especially during challenging situations, and take ownership to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and accurately document interactions.

Who You Are:

  • Native or fluent in Dutch or German with at least 6 months of customer care experience.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and resilience in handling complaints.
