About the Role:
- Be the voice of Finom, delivering standout customer experiences across phone, chat, and email.
- Build genuine rapport, especially during challenging situations, and take ownership to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and accurately document interactions.

Who You Are:
- Native or fluent in Dutch or German with at least 6 months of customer care experience.
