About the Role:
- Join a remote team of 20+ advocates in Poland improving conversions and reducing cancellations in 6 European markets.
- Monitor booking funnels to identify stuck tasks and intervene via email, tools, and phone calls.
- Navigate complex conversations with clients and Taskers to save cancellations and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and execute SOPs for assigned programs.
- Diligently take notes and suggest improvements to your team leader.
- Efficiently address user issues via live channels while exceeding KPIs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual gross pay of 78,000 PLN, with base pay only.
