  • Setting up screen share sessions to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Previous customer support/service experience in software support.
  • Good computer skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and strong communication skills.

  • Comfortable working across teams in different locations.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
