We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thinks like a product builder, thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, and is passionate about creating robust, scalable financial infrastructure. The role encompasses understanding the "why" behind building, challenging assumptions, and proactively identifying opportunities to create better outcomes.
In this role, you will help ensure that Finom remains a safe and trusted platform for entrepreneurs across Europe, where strong protection and a smooth user experience go hand in hand. You will work across three main areas: Application Security, Signing and Authorisation mechanisms, and Customer Protection.
Lead the development and scaling of Finom’s Savings & Investments proposition – starting with a MiFID-compliant fixed-yield product and expanding into simple, accessible investment tools for SMEs across Europe. Shape a new product category at Finom and define how tens of thousands of small business owners manage idle capital, earn interest, and access financial growth tools natively from their Finom account.
We are looking for experienced engineering leaders with strong business acumen to lead one of Finom’s cross-functional Product Engineering Domains. This role is pivotal in scaling Finom’s engineering organization. You’ll balance technical depth, organizational leadership and product partnership to drive meaningful business outcomes.
In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to shape the organisation’s capability needs and long-term talent plans. You’ll take ownership of senior and business-critical searches, personally driving the delivery of high-impact hiring. In addition, you will coach and develop the team, helping to elevate the overall talent function and strengthen its strategic effectiveness across the company.
Finom is seeking its first Head of Partnerships to build and scale our European partnerships function. As a leading FIntech for SME Business Accounts, partnerships are becoming a critical lever for aggressive revenue growth and awareness. You will define the partnership strategy, execute high-impact deals, and build a scalable engine across multiple Partnership channels.
Drive the growth of our digital presence among corporate clients and entrepreneurs, focusing on performance marketing for B2B audiences (SME clients). Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and DV360, while also experimenting with emerging channels. This position reports directly to the Paid Media Team Lead and involves close collaboration with our creative, analytics, product, and sales teams.
Strengthen the acquisition team and grow Finom's customer base in international B2B markets. You will manage and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Reddit Ads, taking ownership of execution and efficiency, while working closely with the Paid Media Team Lead on priorities and broader strategy.
