Role Overview:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Foster customer loyalty through consistent, high-quality support.
- Identify gaps and improve the customer experience proactively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience.
- German C1+ and English C1 fluency required.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
Work Environment:
- Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off.
- Remote or hybrid work model from anywhere in Spain.
