Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary clinical contact for prospective patients, providing compassionate guidance and support during their initial interaction with Salma Health.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including risk evaluations, safety planning, and triage for individuals presenting with behavioral health concerns.
- Manage crisis calls and high-risk clinical situations, including suicidality, mandated reporting, and escalation to appropriate emergency resources when indicated.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Nursing, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure required (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience and experience conducting psychiatric intake, behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, or related clinical work.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time schedules available (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM PT).
- Hourly rate: $33.00–$38.00 per hour, commensurate with location, experience and qualifications.
