The Licensed Clinician is a core member of the Collaborative Care team involving the patient's primary care provider, psychiatric consultant, peer recovery support specialist and other behavioral health providers. Beyond clinical care, responsibilities will include team management and supporting colleagues. The Licensed Clinician provides evidence-based interventions using the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) to promote patient recovery goals.
