Role:
- Provide clinical navigation for neurodiversity and youth specialty care.
- Support children and teens with telehealth triage and care planning.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct neuroaffirming screening and coordinate with schools and providers.
- Build care plans and connect families to therapy, medication, and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license.
- 2+ years clinical experience with neurodiverse children and adolescents.
