What you'll do:
- Perform initial assessments, triage, and referrals to specialty treatment providers.
- Provide coaching using DBT and motivational interviewing techniques.
- Coordinate care with Spring Health providers and multi-disciplinary teams.
What success looks like:
- Maintain high member satisfaction and retain members through consistent outreach.
- Triage and enroll members into appropriate levels of care.
- Schedule triages via phone and email.
What you'll bring:
- Active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) and 2+ years of experience.
- Expertise in mood and anxiety disorders, DBT, and evidence-based treatments.
- Excellent communication, tech-savvy, and ability to multitask.
