The role:
- Manage complex SUD cases through triage, care coordination, and evidence-based interventions.
- Support members with motivational interviewing, ASAM guidance, and crisis intervention.

- Accurate documentation and strong collaboration drive quality outcomes.
What you'll bring:
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license with 2+ years of SUD clinical experience.
- Excellent communication, diversity awareness, and comfort with technology.
