Position Summary:
- Ensure clinically appropriate care and cost-effective utilization of services across the treatment continuum.
- Act as liaison between payers and clinical care teams.
Essential Duties:
- Apply utilization criteria for admission and continued stay reviews.
- Communicate with third-party payers for clinical reviews.
- Prepare appeals on denied cases.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Sciences or commensurate experience.
- Active substance abuse or mental health licensure.
- 1+ year experience in relevant field.
