What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide one-on-one peer support to individuals with SUD, using personal lived experience to motivate members.
  • Develop individualized recovery plans in collaboration with members, focusing on their unique strengths and needs.
  • Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure a comprehensive, integrated approach to member care.

What success looks like in this role:

  • High member satisfaction and engagement as measured by survey responses and retention rates.
  • Session volume expectations of 50-60 twenty-minute sessions weekly.
  • Effective collaboration with clinical and support teams, leading to integrated and holistic care.

What we expect from you:

  • Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing peer support to individuals with SUD.
  • Lived experience with substance use recovery and a strong understanding of recovery principles like motivational interviewing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Google Office Suite.
