Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care.
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed.

Requirements:

• Active and verifiable license from Arizona: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LIAC, LACT, or LAAC.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.
• Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet.
