Responsibilities:
- Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities.
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches, and monitor member progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required.
- Active behavioral health licensure (e.g., ADC, AADC, LPC, LICSW) or associate level with ability to obtain reciprocity.
- Minimum two years leading groups in a SUD setting and high comfort with technology.
Work Environment:
- Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 9a-7p EST.
- Remote position with work arranged from anywhere in West Virginia.
- Must be available to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm.
