Job Duties:

  • Provide virtual psychoeducational groups and assess patient home environments via video calls.
  • Guide patients through in-the-moment skill practice and manage virtual milieu including breakout rooms.
  • Develop contingency plans for technical disruptions and provide asynchronous support via secure messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field required.
  • Must hold valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential if working in addiction recovery.
  • Relevant cognitive-behavioral treatment experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position but must reside in one of the operating states: WI, MN, IL, PA, TN, FL, GA, CO, CA, WA, NJ.
  • Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment with supervision from clinical leaders.
