Role Overview:

  • Conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility and level of care for outpatient clients.
  • Use strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to support treatment goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform confidential assessments and make appropriate facility placements.
  • Communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on safety issues.
  • Complete timely documentation and coordinate intake processes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and active Idaho mental health licensure required.
  • Experience with trauma-informed services, CBT, DBT, and motivational therapies.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with EMR proficiency.
