Role Overview:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility and level of care for outpatient clients.
- Use strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to support treatment goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform confidential assessments and make appropriate facility placements.
- Communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on safety issues.
- Complete timely documentation and coordinate intake processes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree and active Idaho mental health licensure required.
- Experience with trauma-informed services, CBT, DBT, and motivational therapies.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with EMR proficiency.
