Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, marital, and family counseling in alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Complete diagnostic intake assessments to ensure medical necessity and provide appropriate referrals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans within expected time frames consistent with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Professional Counseling.
  • 1 year experience providing behavioral health services preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and virtual audio/visual systems.

Work Environment:

  • Normal office environment with prolonged sitting, standing, and occasional lifting.
  • Requires ability to remain calm during stressful events and work irregular hours as needed.
  • TB test required upon hire.
