Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges
Requirements:
- Active and verifiable Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Strong communication skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
