Key Responsibilities:
- Telephonically address client concerns by conducting clinical intakes and referring to resources.
- Ensure adherence to departmental protocols and best practices for high-quality service.
- Educate clients about resources and services with a positive, professional approach.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology required.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong focus on customer service.
- Clinical assessment experience in mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization.
