Responsibilities:
- Conducts administrative intake and scripted clinical intake of calls for clinical review.
- Provides quality customer service through interaction with providers and staff.
- Collects and enters confidential information with high confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; 1+ year healthcare customer service (call center) experience required.
- Ability to hard line internet into computer equipment and meet upload/download speed requirements.
- HIPAA compliant room and prior experience in healthcare industry preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $33,280 annually; eligible for performance-based bonuses.
