Opportunity Description:
- Support Operations Management department by handling patient and customer inquiries via phone and messaging.
- Conduct outbound calls to patients discharged from ER and assist with scheduling and transfers.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated achievers to maintain excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED plus Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent documented training required.
- 1-2 years of healthcare-related customer support experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a high volume environment.
