Opportunity Description:

  • Support Operations Management department by handling patient and customer inquiries via phone and messaging.
  • Conduct outbound calls to patients discharged from ER and assist with scheduling and transfers.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated achievers to maintain excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED plus Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent documented training required.
  • 1-2 years of healthcare-related customer support experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a high volume environment.
