Role Overview:

• Fully remote, nationwide peer supervision role for a federal reentry program.
• Non-clinical; you mentor and support certified peer specialists delivering virtual services.
• Flexible, self-set schedule with potential multi-year engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day supervision, quality oversight, and coaching to a team of specialists.
• Support accurate documentation and reporting through the program's secure system.
• Act as escalation point for coverage, scheduling, and participant-need questions.

Required Qualifications:

• Current peer support certification plus supervisor credential or equivalent.
• Documented supervised peer support experience and lived recovery or justice system experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills.

Engagement Details:
