Role Overview:

  • Provide leadership and skill development to the Hotline Counselor team, supervising their day-to-day service provision and supporting workflows.
  • Manage and maintain the Hotline’s operational schedule, ensuring compliance with project practices and operational demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute quality assurance activities including phone/chat/text audits and monitoring of Hotline Counselor staff.
  • Conduct administrative training modules with new and existing staff, and develop service-specific training materials.
  • Lead development of service delivery announcements and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
