Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephonic, text, and chat inquiries, conducting assessments to provide psychosocial support and referrals.
  • Educate help-seekers about perinatal mental health resources and maintain timely documentation in Salesforce.
  • Ensure professionalism and privacy, and engage with remote team via Slack and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; must be a licensed mental health clinician or certified doula/lactation consultant.
  • Two years of experience working with maternal and child health population.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and ability to manage conflict and multitask.
