Provide specialized substance use disorder interventions, including assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy.
Deliver evidence-based care using MI/MET, CBT for SUD, relapse prevention, and harm reduction strategies.
Collaborate with medication managers and navigators, and participate in team meetings and training.

Who You Are:

Licensed with unrestricted license in PA, NY, TX, or CA, with at least 2 years post-license experience.
Experienced in SUD treatment, comfortable with virtual care, and able to maintain 30 sessions per week.
Skilled in assessing risk and safety, and knowledgeable about medications for SUD.

Compensation and Culture:

Target salary of $75,000-$80,000 plus quarterly bonuses based on performance.
