Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate guidance in individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Prepare individual treatment plans, conduct assessments, and document patient care.
  • Act as a liaison between referral sources and patients, and provide crisis intervention.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or credentials such as CAC, CAS, CADC, CRC, LADC, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Previous experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings.
  • Familiarity with MAT, evidence-based practices, and state/federal documentation standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly range of $29.00 - $36.00 depending on experience and location.
