Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake evaluations and initiate MAT (primarily buprenorphine-based treatment).
  • Deliver care via telemedicine across multiple markets, expanding access to treatment.
  • Support patients intensively during weeks 1–4, ensuring safe and successful treatment initiation.

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an active, unrestricted license.
  • Experience treating OUD with buprenorphine (1+ year preferred).
  • Comfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery.
