Role Focus:
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine level of care.
- Facilitate group and individual counseling using Affect's evidence-based curriculum.
- Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LIAC, LACT, or LAAC.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.
- Passion for supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and license.
