Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans.
Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Work Environment:

100% remote work from home with flexibility to choose shift (10a-7p or 11a-8p ET), Monday-Friday only.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary of $60,000-$63,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications:

Master's degree and active licensure required; knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
Experience with telehealth technology and comfort with virtual communication tools.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus; must have unrestricted work authorization in the US.
