The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist- Coding is responsible for the accurate, complete, and timely coding of behavioral health claims. This position involves coding claims for designated payers, auditing the work of other coders, and addressing coding related denials and rejections. This role needs an in-depth understanding of billing guidelines and compliance requirements for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare.

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist ensures accurate billing and timely submission of claims, monitors claim status, and resolves denials. Must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and possess in-depth knowledge of Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare eligibility requirements and contract guidelines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to support our growing virtual mental health team. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing records requests, ensuring patient data is accurate, complete, and securely maintained in compliance with HIPAA. You will work closely with patients, medical personnel, and external partners to provide records as needed, while safeguarding sensitive information.

We are seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program. The position offers a Monday - Friday schedule with shift options including 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT. Additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish).
