How you'll contribute:
- Deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy using MI, CBT, and harm reduction.
- Manage a panel, track recovery metrics, and handle crisis intervention and escalation.
- Collaborate with peer specialists and medical partners for whole-person care.
What we're looking for:
- Active WA independent clinical license (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC).
- Master's degree and 2+ years behavioral health experience, including SUD.
- Remote work experience and knowledge of local resources and Medicaid/Medicare.
Benefits & compensation:
- Up to $90k/year for WA residents; $75k for non-WA.
