About the Role:
- Act as a senior individual contributor within the TA function, running the operational backbone of hiring.
- Identify friction in the candidate and hiring manager experience and lead projects to fix it.
- Bring AI and automation opportunities to the team, with room to run experiments.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or recruiting coordination.
- Proven experience with interview scheduling and offer processes at volume.
- Hands-on experience administering an ATS and adjacent recruiting tools.
