Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, pipeline building, and hiring top talent.
• Define selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
• Collect, input, and report on recruitment data and metrics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions.
• Strong expertise in hiring AI roles, operations, AI consultants, support, and business analysts.
• Solid knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviewing.
