Responsibilities:

  • Find candidates for open positions assigned by Talentuch.
  • Contact candidates and check their interest, availability, and basic match.
  • Schedule candidates using interviewers’ available calendar slots.

What You Do Not Need to Do:

  • You do not conduct candidate interviews.
  • You do not send or present candidates to clients.
  • You do not communicate with clients or negotiate job offers.

Payment:

  • $20 per completed interview for junior and mid-level positions.
  • $30 per completed interview for Director-level and higher positions.
  • Payments are made monthly through Payoneer.

Requirements:

  • You must be based in Ukraine.
  • Intermediate or higher written English.
  • Good online research and written communication skills.
  • Good organization and attention to detail.
