What you'll do:
- Find and attract the world's best talent to our client.
- Use deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
- Work with one client at a time to get embedded in their culture.
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years of marketing and design recruitment sourcing experience.
- Strong sourcing skills and expertise with Boolean.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
